The shipping costs, if paid with order, will not be refunded.
The right of withdrawal is not provided, as indicated by law, for food or household / personal hygiene products delivered on a regular basis; moreover, it cannot be exercised on digital and downloadable contents.
Damaged products: whether damaged goods are received, a notification via email at [email protected] within 7 (seven) days, is compulsory.
Returns are charged to the customer and must be addressed to Vivere Alcalino SRL – via Cavour, 17 – 72018 San Michele Salentino (BR).
Refund:
In the event of any error in the purchase or failure in meeting the expectations about the same, the right of withdrawal can be exercised within 15 days from delivery of the same.
The return will be accepted only if the product is in mint condition.
